This is a bottling in the Coasts & Shores single cask collection from independent bottler Berry Bros & Rudd. Distilled 2006, matured in a single ex-bourbon cask and bottled 2023. Limited to 111 bottles so I’m guessing this is a partial cask.

Nose: Fresh and light with soft notes of nougat and vanilla. A gentle creamy sweetness rises, evoking whipped cream and confectionary charm.

Taste: Full bodied and rounded. Layers of chocolate, vanilla and nougat unfold beautifully, wrapped in a rich, nutty creaminess that lingers on the tongue.

Finish: Medium to long. The nutty and creamy tones continue, leaving a smooth, full impression that fades gracefully.

Comment: Creamy, nutty sweetness.
