Distilled 2019-08-29, matured in a single Thiron virgin oak cask (French oak) (cask #150724), and bottled 2023-12-17. Limited to 60 bottles (so this must be just a part f a full cask), and bottled exclusively for Norway.

Nose: Opens with a rich and fresh quality, introducing a touch of oakiness, followed by unripe fruit, displaying impressively integrated alcohol for its youth.

Taste: Full-bodied with a spicy onset of white pepper and hints of ginger, complemented by nutmeg and cloves (nellik), then transitioning to lighter notes of strawberries.

Finish: Medium in length, reminiscent of a strawberry milkshake with a sprinkle of nuts on top, possibly concluding with chocolate pralines.

Comment: Youthfully sophisticated.
