Distilled 2010 and bottled 2021. Finished in virgin oak barrel (cask #2380), and limited to 279 bottles.

Nose: Sweet shoe polish - the dark brown kind. Dirty, smoky, bacon flavored cotton candy. With time more peppery. Cinnamon and more smoked meat.

Taste: Surprisingly light - medium bodied. Soot - pepper and chocolate flavored. Smoked bacon again. Hints of citrus.

Finish: Medium long finish. Warming all the way. Fizzy, smoky ginger. Wave upon wave of pepper notes, then it mellows out. Nuts and sweet oakiness. Hints of artificial sweetener in the end.

Comment: I’m ready for another flight.
