Nose: Structured and rich, with wood smoke, mustard seeds, and citrus. With time, a distinct minerality emerges.

Taste: Full-bodied. Chili and pepper provide plenty of spice, balanced by dark chocolate and a rich smokiness.

Finish: Medium-long and dryish. Hints of green notes mingle with citrus and fruit, before honey brings a softer sweetness towards the end.

Comment: Structured smoke with vibrant spice.
