This tequila is produced using Agave Piñas (Weber Blue), from Jalisco. It is double distilled in copper pot stills, and matured for 12 months in virgin oak barrels.

Nose: Sweet summer fruits - pineapple in particular. Fiery pepper ready to pounce. Vanilla and hints of leather. Earthy chocolate notes in the background.

Taste: Thin mouthfeel. The palate closely matches the nose; vanilla, banana and pineapple mixed with black and white pepper as well as chocolate.

Finish: Short finish. Creamy vanilla. Remains solid and steadily on course. Hints of toasted oak.

Comment: A fine tequila.
