Nose: Rich and creamy sweetness. Ripe apples. Hints of honey and oranges. Christmas spices in the background. Gingerbread man.

Taste: Medium body. Apples up front - sprinkled with white pepper and honey. Then a wave of drier notes of green herbs, nuts and spices.

Finish: Medium finish. Tomato plant and again the hints of Christmas spices.

Comment: An aptly named winter time dram.
