Nose: Soft and delicate sherry notes. Dusty old attic. Mild maltiness. Roasted almonds and hints of honey.

Taste: Filthy rich. Peppery and creamy in character. Lots of dried fruits coming through. A bit dry.

Finish: Long and stylish finish. Still dry, but at the same time turning sweeter. A lovely fruity and sugary sweetness rounds it all off.

Comment: A true delight!
