Nose: Very deep (see 1993 below). A touch of sulphur amidst all the otherwise lovely sherry and dried fruit notes. Some pepper.

Taste: Medium body. Pepper, again a hint of sulphur. Caramel pudding, made with love and a lot of vanilla and eggs.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Continues much as it started. A touch dry. Burnt caramel.

Comments: A nice, sherry matured dram, for sure.
