Nose: Creamy malt and orchard fruits, joined by earthy, rich vanilla. Dried fruits follow, accompanied by a soft nuttiness.

Taste: Full bodied and spicier than the nose would suggest. Black and white pepper lead the way, with nutmeg and cinnamon adding warmth. Rich and endearing, with dried fruits and a somewhat dry character.

Finish: Medium long. Ripe apples emerge alongside simple syrup and honey. Dried fruits, raspberry jam and dark chocolate add a richer, darker sweetness towards the end.

Comment: Rich fruit with warming spice.
