Nose: Embodies a rich and sweet smokiness, blending peat and wood smoke harmoniously. Evokes the aroma of smoked meat and the ambiance of a barbecue warming up on a mid-summer Saturday. Gradually, subtle notes of nuts and citrus emerge.

Taste: Starts full-bodied and somewhat dry, then transitions to a juicier profile. Maintains a fruity and fresh essence, underscored by wood smoke and pronounced toasted oak.

Finish: Medium-long and shifts towards even greater dryness. Features white pepper and a gentle oaky astringency, complemented by cinnamon and its earthy undertones. Concludes with the richness of dusty dark chocolate, smoky and peaty throughout.

Comment: A smoky, chocolaty indulgence.

Score 88/100

At a guess this could be a Port Charlotte level peated Bruichladdich. There's little to no maritime notes here. Could also be a dry version of youngish Lagavulin. OK then, I don’t know! OK?! Fine?!
