Distilled 2014. Matured in a mix of 74 % ex-bourbon casks, 20 % 2nd fill ex-bourbon casks and 6 % Hungarian ex-wine casks.

Nose: Vanilla and mildly sour oaky notes. Apple, banana and cut grass.

Taste: Full bodied. Fizzy ginger. Cinnamon. Unsalted peanuts.

Finish: Medium to short finish. Vanilla, coconut and tropical fruits. White and black pepper finale.

Comment: It is not bad by any means, I just don’t get it.
