Nose: Somewhat shy, but with time it does produce a harmonious selection of fruity aromas, accompanied by notes of white pepper and ginger.

Taste: Medium to full bodied. Honey with herbal notes. Black and white pepper. Cinnamon and ginger. Mild notes of toasted oak.

Finish: Medium long finish. More oaky now, but it is a playful and lively oakiness. More ginger and cinnamon. Rope apple and pineapple. Herbal again towards the very end.

Comment: Fresh and fruity!
