Nose: A whisky reminding me of warm Summer afternoons. Fruity and lazy. Rich and relaxed. Powdered sugar, lemon zest and ripe oranges. Tinned cubes of pear and apple.

Taste: Rich and full mouthfeel. Fruity like the nose, but not as sweet. There’s an oaky dryness to it - not too much - but definitely there. Apple, pear, pineapple and ginger.

Finish: Medium long finish. Pencil shavings, white pepper and ripe apple. Hint of honey and mint in the end.

Comment: Makes me long for Summer!
