Nose: Balanced and very nose friendly. A fine mix of corn sweetness, mild pepper notes, creamy vanilla and tropical fruits. Softly herbal.

Taste: Medium body and full on sweetness. Creamy vanilla and white pepper. More floral now, borderline perfume like - but we remain on the right side of that particular border.

Finish: Medium long finish. Mellow fruitiness, honey and soft pepper notes. Greener towards the end - cut grass and mint. Grassy caramel.

Comment: Very easy drinking and not complicated at all.
