This core range product from The Dalmore has initially been matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, and then finished in Tawny port pipes.

Nose: Rich and layered with dried fruits and juicy, earthy wine-like tones. Dark and softly grounded, evolving into candied fruits, mixed nuts and cigar box. With time, leather, cherries and cinnamon.

Taste: Full bodied and textured. A lush medley of dried, candied and syrup-soaked fruits balanced by cinnamon, white pepper and toasted oak. Subtle green herbs provide a gentle backdrop.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Creamy vanilla and earthy cinnamon meet zesty citrus, nutmeg and white pepper. Cherries return before a graceful, drying close.
