Distilled 2013, and matured in a single refill ex-bourbon hogshead (cask #3090). Bottled 2023. Now how does that add up, you might ask? Well, it was shipped in a plastic contained from Japan to Scotland in 2020, hence official maturation stopped at 7 YO.

Will be available in Norway starting September 14 at NOK 2746 (15930901).

Nose: Distinctly earthy, evoking the essence of wet leaves and a root cellar, with undertones of sumptuous vanilla.

Taste: A full-bodied richness, punctuated by a medley of peppers and underscored by red berries, especially strawberries.

Finish: Expanding from medium to long, it persists with the established flavors, deepens into a berry mix, brings forward orchard fruits, and concludes with an increasingly opulent vanilla note.

Comment: A sip that lingers and captivates.
