Nose: Mild, fruity and welcoming. Lightly dusty with a gentle whiff of smoke. Sun-warmed stones and freshly felled oak set an earthy, outdoorsy tone.

Taste: Medium bodied with orchard fruits and medium sweetness. White pepper adds lift to a softly dry profile. Burnt caramel appears, becoming drier on subsequent sips, with a faint echo of smoke.

Finish: Medium to long. Mellow and sweet with caramel and vanilla, touched by mild astringency. Green herbs and cut grass close things out.

Comment: Gentle fruit with earthy warmth.
