Nose: Refined, dusty, old and delicate. Medium sweet with light notes of orchard fruits. A touch of furniture polish in the back. Vanilla, marshmallows, cinnamon and hints of mint.

Taste: Medium body. Old school candy - camphor drops, rock candy, King of Denmark hard candy. Vanilla and hint of mint. Is that nail polish remover lurking in the back? Hard to tell, it is very faint.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Very straight forward really. No further development from the initial wave. That is quite OK.

Comments: A fine, old single grain. Rare to come across Carsebridge and rare to come across whisky that is this old.
