Nose: Rich and fruity with a mild touch of peat that behaves more like a spice. Cinnamon develops with time, bringing warm Christmas-like undertones.

Taste: Full bodied and remarkably soft. Cinnamon and cardamom lead a dry-leaning profile, followed by white pepper, soot and hints of coal.

Finish: Long. A return of mild fruitiness appears, though somewhat subdued. A lingering trace of soot remains.

Comment: Spiced fruit with smoky restraint.
