Distilled August 2010, matured in a single ex-sherry butt, and bottled October 2023. Limited to 769 bottles. This release is part of The Old Malt Cask - 25th Anniversary series.

Nose: Opens with a richness of dried fruits, smoky honey, and a subtle hint of a salty sea breeze.

Taste: A full-bodied experience featuring vanilla, white pepper, soot, and an intriguing note of dirty sugar cubes, complemented by a hint of salt and dried fruits.

Finish: The medium-long finish continues with dried fruits and introduces chocolate with a jam filling, concluding with a briny touch.

Comment: Richly layered.
