Nose: A bit sweeter and rounder than Compass Box The Peat Monster that I recently reviewed. Sweet wood smoke and apples. Vanilla with hints of citrus. and salt.

Taste: Rich and super smooth. Love the chewiness. Rather more salty and briny side now. Smoked fish on and open fire at the beach.

Finish: Medium long finish. Sweeter now,. Rich honey, white pepper, and a pinch chili pepper.

Comment: I do have a weak spot for you and peaty whisky. This one ticks all the right boxes.
