I have absolutely no data on this release. I’m just very happy to have had a chance to taste it.

Nose: Quite tropical in style; I am initially met with pineapple, coconut and ginger. There’s a very interesting and appealing aroma here that I struggle to identify. With time there’s also a soft, green side to it - tomato plant and green herbs.

Taste: Fizzy, lively and full bodied. Literally sizzling and popping on the tongue. Lightly fruity, softly green and fizzy. Ginger, vanilla, white pepper, softly astringent.

Finish: Long finish. Greener still now. Now showing a more maritime side. Briny with hints of meat stew, as well as dried fruits. Grapefruit and mild oakiness in the end.

Comment: A disco dancing whisky. Whee!

Score 90/100
