Nose: Quite delicate on the nose. Fine caramel notes, white pepper, and soft notes of barley. Orchard fruits.

Taste: Medium plus body. Lots of pepper notes. Creamy mouthfeel with ginger, white pepper and vanilla.

Finish: Medium long finish. Chocolate and green notes. Softly salty. A bit thinner in body - almost watery on the finish.

Comment: It’s all fine.
