Nose: Vanilla and wood smoke is what first reaches my nostrils. It feels quite potent. Baked apples, and perhaps a hint of cooked vegetables. It is warm and cosy. With time there is a hint of earthy sweetness.

Taste: Full bodied and then some. A wave of peat hits the tongue. Ginger and vanilla mix with the hot ashes and wood smoke. Cocoa nibs.

Finish: Medium to long finish. A fruity and sugary sweetness attempts and almost manages to break through the peat wall.

Comment: One for the peat lovers. This is not a subtle one!
