Nose: Rich and fresh. I pick up notes of juicy orchard fruits, sun warmed citrus on the branch, and old oak. With time also hints of vanilla, as well as more tropical fruits. A little dusty an spicy.

Taste: Very rich and creamy. Honey and citrus. White pepper and tropical fruits. Rich vanilla notes.

Finish: Long finish. This is a whisky that just keeps on giving. Lovely little waves of fruitiness (some juicy and some a bit more acidic), mild sweetness and tender oakiness. All the while there is a delicate base of white pepper, cinnamon and cocoa.

Comment: What a treat!
