Distilled July 2012, and bottled 2022-10-07. Matured initially for 7 years in refill ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for 3 years in fresh Spanish oak ex-PX hogsheads. Limited to 10800 bottles.

Nose: A "dry" introduction, intertwined with honey and dried fruits. Its delicacy and refinement shine through.

Taste: Full-bodied richness, with the sweetness of sugar and malt leading the charge. Subtle undertones of soot and peat, met by a spicy duo of pepper and earthy cinnamon.

Finish: Sustained medium length that echoes the taste. Luxuriously sugary, dripping with honey and jam. A richness that doesn't quit.
