Nose: Begins with a soft fruitiness paired with a touch of oak. Evokes freshly picked, juicy apples and pears, with a backdrop of tropical fruit. The oakiness is somewhat dry and peppery, reminiscent of sawdust, giving way to floral and citrusy notes over time.

Taste: Full-bodied with an initial burst of white pepper and fizzy ginger, soon enveloped by a surge of juicy orchard fruits. Ginger lingers, now joined by fresh mint, adding a refreshing layer.

Finish: Medium-long, where the initial spiciness mellows, yet the essence of fruit, ginger, and mint remains. Floral undertones emerge, alongside a citrusy acidity from lemon and lime, concluding with a semi-dry oaky note.

Comment: Refreshingly complex.
