Made with a mashbill of 95 % rye.

Nose: Fluffy cream made up of apricot jam, creamy vanilla, honey and toasted oak chips.

Taste: Medium to full bodied. Rich and fruity mouthfeel. There’s spices here as well, but they are tempered and keep to the background. Tropical fruits abound - honey dew melon, mango, pineapple and watermelon. All drizzled with light honey and vanilla syrup. Toasted oak and earthy cinnamon.

Finish: Medium long finish. Lighter and sweeter now, but at the same time the expected rye pepperiness and nuttiness comes through as well. Soft landing in candy land.

Comment: Sweet tooth strikes back!
