Nose: A lot of oaky sweetness here, as well as grain sweetness. All in all a lot of sweetness. Vanilla and mild citrus. Not a whole lot more.

Taste: Rich, sweeeet and full bodied. Malt, white sugar, white pepper, ginger and citrus on the palate.

Finish: Relatively short finish. Creamy vanilla and lemon peel.

Comment: Robust and young grain whisky that keeps growing on me.

Score 83/100
