Nose: Opens with a fruity and fresh profile, quickly followed by a sour note of wet oak. As it develops, the aroma takes on an orange marmalade character.

Taste: Full-bodied and rich in fruitiness, with notable ginger and grapefruit notes. The slightly bitter undertone from wet oak persists on the palate.

Finish: Medium-long, characterized by grapefruit and bitter Seville oranges, with a sweet contrast of sugar cubes and toasted oak.

Comment: Strangely fruity and bitter.
