Nose: It opens with an array of dried fruits, featuring raisins and figs, intertwined with the aroma of old sherry. Then a soft perfume note, and hints of hay and cut grass. Vanilla and malt candy with time.

Taste: Exceptionally smooth, offering a creamy blend of vanilla and honey. The juicy richness of raisins, followed by the fresh, green notes of cut grass and tomato vine. Also dried fruits.

Finish: Medium-long and gradually becomes drier, highlighting the flavors of figs and dates. It concludes with a chocolate note that has a distinctively bitter edge.
