This is a distillery exclusive sold only at the Nikka Yoichi distillery, Japan. It has been fully matured in sherry casks.

Nose: Rubber wellies. Malty and slightly smoky. Less rubber with time. A bit dark and dirty over all.

Taste: Very rich and full mouthfeel. Dried fruits, raisins in particular. Brown sugar, white pepper, and caramel sauce.

Finish: Medium long finish. Continues as it started. A bit sweeter though, with a touch of green. Malty. Dry in the end.

Comment: A high quality sherry bomb!
