The Glenglassaugh Revival has been matured in American red wine casks and ex-Tennessee bourbon casks, then finished in sherry casks. This is a non age statement whisky, but the age of the current product is around 7 to 9 years old.

You can pick up a bottle of the Glenglassaugh Revival in Norway at NOK 680 (9733901), and in Sweden at SEK 519 (85514).

Nose: Orchard fruits, pepper, wet leaves, dark chocolate. With time strawberry and vanilla ice cream. A bit malty.

Taste: Medium to full body. Toasted oak, honey sweetness, fizzy ginger, and hints of Autumnal forest. Biscuits and white chocolate.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Sugary and fizzy ginger and sticky honey with mild herbal notes. It sparkles and pops in a very entertaining way.

Comment: Fizzy and fun!
