Cutty Sark Blended Scotch Whisky, NAS, 40 %

Available in Norway at NOK 380 (13901).

Nose: Chocolate, coffee and hints of oak. Relatively sweet. Ripe apples in the background. Slightly mineral.

Taste: Spicy and dry in style. Black and white pepper. Cinnamon stick. Cocoa powder.

Finish: Medium long aftertaste. More cocoa powder now, mixed with vanilla sugar. Canned pears towards the end. Dark chocolate as well.

Comment: Balanced and fine.
