Nose: Ripe apples, honeycomb and hints of citrus. Bread crust.

Taste: Medium body. Ginger and coconut. Vanilla ice cream. Milk chocolate.

Finish: Medium long. More vanilla ice cream, now with a light caramel sauce and some heather honey on top.

Comment: Pleasant.
