Nose: Deep and rich, with dried fruits, vanilla and caramel pudding. Honey and a touch of leather. Lighter notes with time; I'm thinking strawberry ice cream.

Taste: Rich and of plentiful body. Spicy upfront; white pepper, chili oil, and cinnamon sticks. Buttery mouthfeel, with heaps of sweetness in the guise of caramel and honey. This is for the sweet of tooth.

Finish: Medium long finish. Still rich and fairly spicy. More fruity now though, apples and fried banana with mandarins on the side. A slightly burnt edge to the caramel notes. Honey at the end.

Comments: A dram to enjoy.
