Matured in a refill hogshead, and bottled April 2021.

Nose: Driftwood bonfire on the beach! This is what we want! Briny and maritime. With time creamy vanilla and tinned fruits. Soo rich!

Taste: Full bodied. Big on sugary ashes, soot and salty, smoked bacon (uncooked).

Finish: Medium long finish. Continues as it started. Lots of soot. Sweet. Smoky. Salty. There is fruitiness (citrus mainly) here, but it is subdued and pushed to the back.

Comment: Juvenile, fresh, sooty and fun!
